Thank you for taking an interest in Our Beer and Home Delivery at this time. 

6 Bottles is the minimum for Delivery Orders.

Deliveries for all orders made before 12noon on Friday will take place on Friday the same week.

Please ensure someone 19 years of age or older (with valid ID) is home to receive your order.

We are just getting started with our delivery process and will be offering free Home Delivery to anyone who lives within a 20km radius - We hope to expand this soon!

Brewery Pick Up

Beer Pick Up will be available during operating hours at the Brewery. 

After placing your order you will receive a notification once we have prepared it and it is ready for pick-up. After receiving this notification you may pick up your order.

To pick up your order all standard Covid Regulations still apply. Please sanitize your hands before/upon entry.

Enter the Taproom through the Parkinglot door and Exit through the Front Door.

If you are picking up as part of a grunter/growler exchange to please have your empty Backstage glassware with you.

Grunter/Growler Exchange

If you are exchanging grunters/growlers please make a note at check-out and arrange to have glassware waiting upon delivery or have glassware accessible for staff upon Pick-Up.

Note: we will only be offering our exchange program for Backstage Growlers/Grunters at this time.

FAQ

Question: 

"If I order for 'Pick-Up at Brewery' online how soon can I pick-up my order?"

Answer:

When you order beer online and select the 'pick-up' option you may be able to pick up the beer on the same day or the next available business day - depending on when you place the order. 

If it is placed within operating hours (except within the last hour) your order likely can be picked-up the same day. If it is placed too late in the day it will be ready the next business day. 

 

Question:

"How will I know when my order is ready for pick-up?"

Answer:

Once we have received and prepared your order we will send out a notification through our website to notify you that your order is ready. After receiving this notification you may come in to the Taproom to pick up your order.

 

Question:

"Where do I go to order beer on your website?"

Answer:

To order beer on the website go to 'Order Online' in the top menu bar and click the drop-down menu. Select 'The Beer' and it will take you to available products.
